well. so I'm actually done with my ucas application. just need to keep on looking at the essay for the next few weeks before I finally send it in to vj.
good thing that's settled, because the nyu supplement has just been released. there are four short essays I need to write; the easiest one goes:
"Please tell us what led you to select your anticipated academic program and/or NYU school/college, and what interests you most about your intended discipline."
after that, it gets difficult. but at least this one I can still accept:
"If you had the opportunity to spend one day in New York City with a famous New Yorker, who would it be and what would you do? (Your New Yorker can be anyone - past or present, fictional or nonfictional - who is commonly associated with New York City; they do not necessarily have to be born and raised in New York.)
currently no one in mind for that one. maybe gatsby or nick haha.
anyway. after that is when things really get out of hand:
"Write a haiku, limerick, or short (eight lines or fewer) poem that best represents you."
and the last one:
"In the year 2050, a movie is being made of your life. Please tell us the name of your movie and briefly summarize the story line."
